Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by Tournament Suite, Remember Tomer, and the Tomer Leibovitz Foundation (collectively, the “Company”). By accessing the site, registering for a tournament, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms under the laws of the State of Israel.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ to create an account and complete purchases. Minors (13–17) may participate with parental/guardian consent; we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to register independently.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to safeguard your credentials.

2. Event Registration & Participation

• Assumption of Risk: sports activities carry inherent risks of injury/illness. You declare you are fit to participate and assume all risks.
• Waiver: to the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Company and affiliates from liability arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Medical Care: you consent to on-site first aid and emergency transport if needed; you are responsible for related costs.
• Conduct: you will follow all event rules and officials’ instructions. We may disqualify or remove participants who endanger others or violate rules (without refund).
• Use of Likeness & Results: you grant us the right to use photos/video/voice from events and to publish results (name, category, time/scores).

3. Orders, Pricing, Payment, Shipping

• Product details and prices (in NIS unless stated) may change; errors may occur. Images are illustrative.
• Payment is processed by certified processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• Orders are subject to acceptance; we may cancel/refund for stock, pricing, or fraud concerns.
• Shipping times are estimates; risk passes on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for accurate address details.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Tournament Registration: refunds available up to 7 days before the event; within 7 days or for no‑shows, fees are non‑refundable.
• Merchandise: return within 14 days of delivery if unworn and with tags; defective items replaced; size exchanges allowed subject to availability.
• Certain items (e.g., personalized apparel, hygiene‑sensitive goods) may be non‑returnable under law.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive content; no malware or scraping; no interference with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• All site content is owned by the Company or licensors; no reproduction or commercial use without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Service provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; aggregate liability is capped at NIS 1,000 or amounts paid in the past 6 months, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnity

• You will indemnify the Company for claims arising from your breach, content, or conduct.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Israeli law applies; exclusive jurisdiction: competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

10. Changes

• We may update these Terms; continued use after notice indicates acceptance.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit our website, register for events, or purchase merchandise. Governed by Israeli law.

1. Data We Collect

• You provide: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, gender, emergency contact, registration details, and purchase details (we do not store full card numbers).
• Automatically: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers (see Cookies Policy).
• Event data: results (name, team, category, time/score), photos and video captured during events.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide services: registrations, timing/results, payments, shipping, customer support.
• Communicate: transactional messages (confirmations, updates), and marketing if you opt‑in (unsubscribe anytime).
• Safety & compliance: fraud prevention, enforcing Terms, legal obligations (tax/accounting, consumer rights).

3. Sharing

• With processors: payment gateways, shipping, IT/hosting, email, timing/results vendors (under data‑processing terms).
• With co‑organizers/federations where applicable, and publication of event results.
• For legal requirements, security, or in business transfers (with safeguards).

4. International Transfers

• Data stored primarily in Israel. If transferred abroad, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

5. Retention

• Keep data only as needed: accounts (active period), transactions (legal retention), event results (ongoing historical record where legitimate).

6. Security

• TLS encryption, hashed passwords, least‑privilege access, regular updates; no method is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

• Access, rectification, deletion (subject to legal exceptions), restriction, objection to marketing, and portability where applicable.

8. Children

• Under 13: only with parental consent; minors 13–17 require guardian involvement.

Cookies Policy

Refund & Returns Policy

1. Tournament Registration

• Cancellation and full refund permitted up to 7 days before the event.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event or no‑shows are non‑refundable.

2. Merchandise

• Returns within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and with original tags/packaging.
• Defective or incorrect items: replaced or refunded; we cover return shipping.
• Size exchanges allowed subject to stock; customer covers shipping unless item is defective.
• Non‑returnable: personalized items, hygiene‑sensitive items once opened, and items not in resellable condition (subject to law).

3. How to Request

• Submit written request with order/registration number to support@remember-tomer.org (example). We will respond with instructions.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt/inspection. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless our error.

5. Legal
